First Tennessee to Add Jobs as Data Management Moves In-House

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Jul 6, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX News Network) -- First Tennessee Bank, the regional banking unit of First Horizon National Corp. (NYSE:FHN), will begin in-house management of its computer technology infrastructure, including all servers and its mainframe, bringing 65 information technology jobs to a bank-staffed Maryville data center over the next three to 18 months.

First Tennessee is building a data center in Maryville, Tenn., that will house the new employees as well as other IT employees who will be relocated from nearby locations. At full capacity, 110 employees will work in the new data center. Also, First Tennessee plans to add six new IT positions in its headquarters city of Memphis in 2012.
