JOHN C. COMPTON
JOHN C. COMPTON is Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Americas Foods (PAF), a division of PepsiCo, Inc., a global food, snack and beverage company. Mr. Compton has been CEO of PAF since November 2007. From March 2005 until September 2006, he was President and CEO of Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade, and from September 2006 until November 2007, he was CEO of PepsiCo North America. Mr. Compton was elected as a director of First Horizon by the Board of Directors in February 2011.
MARK A. EMKES
MARK A. EMKES was appointed the Commissioner of Finance and Administration of the State of Tennessee in January 2011. He retired early in 2010 as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Bridgestone Americas, Inc. and as a director of its parent company, Tokyo-based Bridgestone Corporation, a worldwide tire and rubber manufacturer. Mr. Emkes is a director of two other public companies, Greif, Inc. and Clarcor Inc., and has been a director of First Horizon since 2008.
VICKY B. GREGG
VICKY B. GREGG became Chief Executive Officer of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee ("BCBST"), a non-for-profit organization that, together with its subsidiaries, provides a comprehensive range of group and individual health insurance plans, products and services, in February 2003. She has also been a director of BCBST since 2003. Before becoming Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Gregg served as BCBST's President and Chief Operating Officer. She has been a director of First Horizon since January 2011, when she was elected to the position by First Horizon's Board of Directors

D. BRYAN JORDAN
D. BRYAN JORDAN was elected President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of First Horizon National Corporation ("First Horizon") and First Tennessee Bank National Association ("First Tennessee Bank") as of September 1, 2008. Effective January 1, 2012, he was elected Chairman of the Board of First Horizon and First Tennessee Bank as well. Prior to September 1, 2008, Mr. Jordan was Chief Financial Officer of First Horizon and First Tennessee Bank. R. BRAD MARTIN is the Chairman of RBM Venture Company, Memphis, Tennessee, a family office. He retired as Chairman of the Board of Saks Incorporated ("Saks"), Birmingham, Alabama, a retail merchandising company, in May 2007. Prior to January 2007, Mr. Martin was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Saks. SCOTT M. NISWONGER
SCOTT M. NISWONGER is the Chairman and founder of Landair Transport, Inc., a time-definite trucking, warehousing, and supply-chain management company. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer (until 2003) of Landair and as Chairman of the Board (until 2005) and Chief Executive Officer (until 2003) of Forward Air, Inc., which operated as one company with Landair until the two were separated into two public companies in 1998.
